EP25.22: An innovative simple comprehensive scoring method to rapidly screen endometrial cancer patients with fertility preserving

A simple comprehensive scoring method was developed to quickly, accurately and effectively screen young low-risk endometrial cancer (EC) patients with fertility preservation. This study included 212 EC patients to investigate the correlation between the ultrasonic signs of IETA, tumour biomarkers and immunohistochemical molecular markers in EC patients with the clinical and pathological features. We created a simple comprehensive scoring method to quickly, accurately and effectively screen young low-risk EC patients with fertility preservation. The simple comprehensive scoring method was developed by ourselves, which can quickly, accurately and effectively distinguish EC in low-risk and non-low-risk groups, and quickly screen out young patients with EC that can preserve fertility. To provide better help for the accurate evaluation of EC patients before clinical operation and the formulation of personalised treatment plan. This innovative approach can be recommended to low-income countries or regions with poor health systems to provide them with more help. Abstract
