EP09.107: Ultrasonography characteristics and prognosis of premature contraction or closure of fetal ductus arteriosus
To investigate the prenatal ultrasound features and prognosis of premature contraction or closure of the ductus arteriosus. Retrospective analysis of 14 cases of premature contraction or closure of the ductus arteriosus prenatal ultrasound data, and postnatal echocardiography were compared, tracking pregnancy outcomes and analyse the prognosis. In 14 cases of premature contraction of the ductus arteriosus, 12 cases of premature contraction of the ductus arteriosus, 2 cases of premature closure of the ductus arteriosus. Prenatal ultrasound mainly manifested as right heart enlargement, moderate to severe tricuspid regurgitation, ductus arteriosus stenosis, increased blood flow velocity or no blood flow through the ductus arteriosus. Fourteen cases of fetal cardiovascular profile score (CVPS): >7 points in 11 cases, 5, 6, 7 points in 1 case. 10 cases (71.5%) of fetal Caesarean section within 72 hours after diagnosis. Apgar scores at birth in 11 cases were good;1 case with placental abruption, 1 case with amniotic fluid aspiration syndrome, Apgar scores at birth were low, after treatment, the prognosis was good. Premature contraction or closure of the ductus arteriosus occurs in the third trimester of pregnancy; prenatal ultrasound has characteristic manifestations. Premature contraction or closure of the ductus arteriosus fetal cardiac function is damaged to varying degrees, timely treatment of cardiac function can be restored, the prognosis is good.
