EP09.77: Prenatal diagnosis of a rare congenital right subclavian artery‐ superior vena cava fistula
The right subclavian artery (RSA)- Superior vena cava (SVC) fistula is a rare type of arteriovenous fistula, which is characterised by abnormal channels between arteries and veins. For the first time, we report the diagnosis of RSA-SVC fistula in a fetus in uterus, it is difficult to distinguish it from supra-cardiac total anomalous pulmonary venous connection (TAPVC), findings suggests that simultaneous dilation of innominate artery and superior vena cava, bidirectional blood flow signal within the aortic arch, a biphasic unidirectional spiculated blood flow spectrum at the confluence can serve as three important clues in differentiation.
