Covalently Linked Pigment@TiO2 Hybrid Materials by One‐Pot Solvothermal Synthesis
Hybrid Materials In article number 2400074, Miriam M. Unterlass and co-workers report class II hybrid materials by simultaneous synthesis and covalent linking of organic benzimidazole-type pigments and lepidocrocite-like TiO2 layers in a one-pot solvothermal approach. The synthesis is extendable to a variety of different pigment spacers and proof-of-concept tests reveal that the pigment@TiO2 materials are usable as electrode material in electrochemical applications.
