Zinc adherence among caregivers of under five children with diarrhea in Gondar City, Northwest Ethiopia
In the study area, more than one third of children with diarrhea were adhered to zinc supplementation. Thus, improving the knowledge of caregivers and enhancing counseling services on benefits, dosage, duration and side effects of zinc supplementation are vital to improve adherence in the area.
