As a result, a proposal to amend Articles 248 and 250 of the Civil Code was formulated to facilitate the contestation of paternity through the nullification of voluntary recognition in the civil sphere on the grounds of deception. This proposal was subjected to expert review for validation, yielding optimal consistency, indicating its validity and feasibility for implementation.
