Joint Operation of Column Base Metal Plate and Reinforced Concrete Slab of Post Footing of Industrial Building
The paper studies the joint operation of the base metal plate of column base and reinforced concrete slab of post spread footing of industrial building of a reconstructed industrial building. Purpose : The achievement of the stress-strain state of the base metal plate of the column base, reinforced concrete slab of the post footing, contact forces between them and their distribution along the contact plane. Methodology/approach : The theoretical model of the joint operation of these elements is performed in Ing + 2021, MicroFe software with the proposed finite element model. Research findings : The stress-strain state is determined for two contacting bearing elements of the metal column base and their joint operation. Practical implications : Recommendations are given to the concrete reconstruction of the reinforced concrete slab of the post footing within the base metal plate perimeter of the industrial building.
