Conclusions are as followings: Firstly, it was found that the three types of education such as basic school education, median special education, and parent’s informal education influenced considerably to formation of humanistic leadership or character. Secondly, it was learned that important humanistic leaderships such as companion, modeling, tolerance, caring, persuasion, self-control, and impartiality came into victory of conquest war and furthermore influenced to establishment and management of great empire.
