APPROBATION OF NEW MODELS OF SPECIAL EQUIPMENT FOR ADMISSION TO USE AT HAZARDOUS PRODUCTION FACILITIES

The existing economic conditions caused by geopolitical risks require accelerated import substitution and import outrunning, especially in strategically important sectors of the economy, which include the Oil and Gas Complex of the Russian Federation.Especially, it is worth considering equipment directly affecting the productivity and safety of work, where it is impossible to use outdated solutions and to exceed the safe operating time. If the majority of the operated units of the definite equipment are manufactured abroad or contain a significant proportion of foreign components, there are risks of untimely repairs of the equipment itself, as well as re-equipment and technical up-grading of production facilities as a whole. The main and perspective solution of this problem is exclusively the development and commissioning of Russian equipment samples in the industry. The initiatives of equipment manufacturers, their cooperation and interaction with future consumers are key factors in the successful implementation of projects.Having created a prototype or even a serial sample, the manufacturer inevitably faces the problem of launching a new product to market. To check the safety and effectiveness of the equipment, to recommend it among the operators today is necessary during pilot tests implementation. At the same time, pilot tests implementation is expensive both in terms of the degree of material, technical and human resources attraction, and in terms of time factor. Due to the fact that equipment life cycle lasts about 10 years, spending at least one year, that is, in the best case 10 % of the time on the development of a domestic innovative product, on obtaining the results of pilot tests, after which adjusting to the production chain are seen as irrelevant and inhibiting the development of innovative machinery and equipment. The article is devoted to the description of the procedure and experience of the approbation process implementation as the fastest, most flexible and effective tool for launching to market, re-equipping and upgrading innovative equipment that can at the same time guarantee the safety of the technological processes in which it is involved.
