La corte ante al gobierno: plan de investigación para comparar las trayectorias del trabajo jurídico-constitucional en Colombia y Argentina

The article proposes a research plan. The plan tries to explicit the sense of the political incidence of the Cortes in its relationship with the Executive power, highlighting the decisive role that legal rationality plays in it, without incurring the limitations of the Formalistic approaches that adopt a local and technical-legal emphasis or approaches derived from political analysis that primarily understand judicial decisions as acts determined by the power. It incorporates a relational and comparative dimension that aims to guide more in-depth analyzes of Latin American legal systems, and exemplifies its initial components based on the case analysis in the recent experience of Colombia and Argentina.
