Multi-UAV task assignment method based on modified sparrow search algorithm
This letter presents a multi-UAV task assignment method based on a Modified Sparrow Search Algorithm (MSSA). Initially, the research develops a UAV task allocation model for rescue contexts, incorporating constraints related to time windows. Moreover, the algorithm's flexibility is bolstered by incorporating dynamic adaptive weights and adaptive step size factors during the discovery and follower position update phases of the sparrow search. To circumvent the issue of local optima, a Gaussian-Cauchy mutation strategy are employed for optimization. Experimental results indicate that, compared with other improved sparrow search algorithms, the task assignment cost of UAV based on MSSA is significantly reduced.
