Pustular annular erythema triggered by empagliflozin
We report the case of a 42-year-old woman who developed pustular annular erythema following the initiation of empagliflozin. Several differential diagnoses were considered, and biopsies were performed. The epidermis showed multiple subcorneal pustules, while the dermis contained a discrete perivascular inflammatory infiltrate.
