STUDY OF FIBER REINFORCED CEMENTS

The article discusses the results of assessing the influence of fiber reinforcement on the basic properties of cement mortars and the resulting stone. Its physical and mechanical properties and impact resistance after long-term hardening have been studied, which made it possible to evaluate cement deformation under the influence of applied stresses and predict the ability of cement stone to withstand these stresses at temperatures up to 100 °C.Portland cement hardening products undergo significant phase and microstructural transformations at high temperatures, accompanied by a decrease in strength (thermal corrosion), which intensifies at temperatures above 110 °C. At the same time, hardening products rich in calcium are formed in the cement stone, which leads to an increase in the permeability of the cement stone and a deterioration in its mechanical properties. The solutions considered in this work were formulated using Portland cement -Active-160 cement with the introduction of various types of fibers that improve the ability of the casing stone to withstand dynamic loads in the well.
