The Relationship Between Grit and Exercise Continuity According to the Subjective Health Status of K-Pilates Participants

The purpose of this study is to investigate the purpose of this study is to investigate the importance of K-pilates and to enhance health information by examining the relationship between grit and exercise continuity according to the subjective health status of K-pilates participants. To achieve this goal, 230 adults over the age of 20 who participated in Pilates in A-si, Chungcheongnam-do, were sampled and used 218 copies of data, excluding questionnaires that were judged to have responded unfaithfully or partially omitted, and the following conclusions were drawn based on verified research results and discussions. First, it was found that the subjective health status of K-Pilates participants had a significant effect on grit. Second, it was found that the subjective health status of K-Pilates participants had a significant effect on exercise continuity. Third, it was found that the grit of K-Pilates participants had a significant effect on exercise continuity. Participation in K-pilates, which has such a positive effect, is ultimately leading to one's health status and is expected to be an empirical data to cultivate the power to protect oneself.
