The Modular Current-Type Interline Dynamic Voltage Restorer Based on SMES

In order to realize the simultaneous protection of multiple loads, a modular current-based interline dynamic voltage restorer based on SMES is proposed to realize the mitigation of load voltage dips, and the topology and working principle of the device are analyzed. The dynamic voltage restorer on multiple feeders share a DC energy storage element, and the voltage is converted to the rotating coordinate system according to the symmetric decomposition theory of the three-phase electromagnetic quantities, so as to design the dual PI control strategy of the converter voltage, and finally the SMES-IDVR simulation model with loads is established on two feeders, and the simulation results show that the device can compensate the voltage quickly and effectively, and the voltage compensation effect is analyzed and can be seen After analyzing, it can be seen that the voltage compensation effect is affected by the degree of voltage transient drop, and the voltage compensation effect on the two feeders does not affect each other.
