Drug Delivery. Engineering platelet-drug conjugates by fusion of multidrug-loaded liposomes is demonstrated by Zhen Gu, Jicheng Yu et al. in their Communication (e202403541). This strategy can achieve multidrug co-loading in cells in a rapid, efficient, and safe manner.
