Introduction and Validation of Low-Cost Ocular Biometry in Healthy and Cataractous Eyes Using a Thermally Tunable Swept-Source Laser
Optical biometry using a thermally tunable VCSEL swept-source light source has the potential to provide clinically relevant biometric parameters at an unprecedented 100-fold lower price point than currently used state-of-the-art optical biometers, paving the way for compact devices in remote care settings.
