A multistage treatment strategy for inflammatory complications following a multisite femur fracture in polytrauma. A case report
Various methods for treating long bone fractures present promising therapeutic possibilities. In the case presented, particular emphasis was placed on the significant effectiveness of local antibiotic administration combined with bone autografts.
