The pancreas through the skin: pancreatic panniculitis, importance of early diagnosis.
<title>Abstract</title> Pancreatic panniculitis (PP) is a rare cutaneous manifestation of pancreatic disease. Its evolution is parallel to the triggering process, and may precede the clinical manifestation in up to 45% of cases, so early suspicion and diagnosis is essential to improve the long-term prognosis of the disease.
