PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA DAN KOMPENSASI TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KARYAWAN PADA PT. LINTAS SAMUDERA JAYA

This research aims to determine the influence of the work environment and compensation on employee productivity at PT. Lintas Samudera Jaya. The testing techniques used in this research used research instrument tests, descriptive statistical tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests and hypothesis tests. The type of research used in this research uses quantitative research. The data sources used in this research are primary data sources and secondary data sources. The results obtained in this research are that the work environment variable does not have a positive and significant influence on employee productivity, however the compensation variable has a positive and significant influence on employee productivity. Simultaneous test results showed that the work environment and compensation together had a positive and significant effect on employee productivity at PT. Lintas Samudera Jaya
