Serum HMGB1 as a predictor for postoperative delirium in elderly patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty surgery
Serum HMGB1 levels were markedly elevated in elderly POD patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty. In addition, HMGB1 could serve as a potential predictive biomarker for POD in elderly patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty.
