Background: Patient satisfaction is often claimed to be a critical indicator of the effectiveness and quality of the healthcare system as it is closely related to treatment outcomes and adherence to the prescribed course of treatment. The aim of the study is to explore inpatients' overall satisfaction with respect to the quality of rehabilitation services at a tertiary hospital in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Methods: A retrospective cross-sectional study was conducted using secondary data collected from a tertiary hospital in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Data was collected by the Patient Experience Measurement Program in the Ministry of Health (MOH) using the Press Ganey Survey from February 2023 to May 2023, only for inpatients of the rehabilitation center at King Fahad Medical City.
