Legal Regulation of Artificial Intelligence in China

The article analyzes the Chinese model of legal regulation of AI technologies. At the same time, the main attention is paid to the specialized regulatory and legal regulation of generative AI in the People's Republic of China, the study of which is currently of scientific interest for improving Russian legislation.
