Theoretical and legal nature of the concepts of supervision and control and their relationship

It is indicated that in the modern conditions of the transformation of the legal system of Ukraine, the study of the concepts of supervision and control acquires special relevance. This is due to the need to ensure the effective functioning of state administration, compliance with law and order, as well as to improve the quality of public services. The article examines the theoretical and legal nature of the concepts of supervision and control and their relationship.
