PENGARUH STRUKTUR MODAL, KINERJA KEUANGAN, DAN RISIKO KEUANGAN TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN

This study aims to determine the Influence of Capital Structure, Financial Performance, and Financial Risks on Corporate Values. As for the data collection method was used a purposive sampling. The population in this research is a company engaged in Sub-Sector Cosmetic and Household Needs Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Registered companies are 6 companies. From the total 6 companies, the authors took 5 companies as samples. The data of this research is secondary data obtained from the company's annual report in 2012 - 2016. Data processing in this research used a multiple linear regression analysis model with SPSS software version 22 of 2018 assistance.From the results of the research t test found that the ratio of capital structure and financial performance has a positive and significant effect on the value of the company. However, Financial Risks have a negative and significant effect on Company Value. Whereas through the F Test, it was found that the Capital Structure, Financial Performance, and Financial Risks simultaneously had a significant effect on the Value of the Company in the Cosmetics and Household Purposes Company in 2012 - 2016.
