The article reveals the main trends in the transformation of public and individual legal awareness in the context of the spread of digital technologies, various state and socio-political spheres. The digitalization of the state and law is seriously changing the internal structure of the legal consciousness of the individual, has an impact on legal values, defines and forms new principles of law, and transforms legal thinking.
