DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION IN ALGERIA AS AN INEVITABLE NECESSITY IN LIGHT OF GLOBALIZATION

Objectives: In recent years, a radical transformation in the field of information technology has occurred. The digital transformation has become one of the most important goals that the Algerian state seeks to achieve in all fields. Methods: This transformation aims to bring great benefits to the public and state institutions on the one hand, and to keep pace with global development on the other hand. Results: However, the transformation process faces some obstacles and dangers that may curb the ability to keep pace with the major changes taking place worldwide. Conclusion: It is necessary to evaluate this process from both positive and negative perspectives to reach the maximum degree of benefit.
