Infrared Absorption Studies on BSA-Templated Gold Nanocrystals on Silicon Metasurface Supporting Quasi Bound-State-in-Continuum Resonance
Selective enhancement of Infrared absorption of amide-B vibrational mode from Bovine serum albumin templated gold nanocrystals (BSA-Au NCs) utilizing quasi bound-state-in-the-continuum (quasi-BIC) resonance in silicon metasurface is studied. Design, fabrication and experimental characterization of the metasurfaces with and without BSA-Au NCs is presented.
