Plasmonic biosensors for real-time monitoring of harmful pathogens and biomolecules
This study focuses on a bottom-up approach for immobilizing gold nanorods (AuNRs) on glass substrates. These substrates were utilized to develop an optical immunosensor and a gene-sensor. Integration with microfluidic circuits enhances portability, highlighting potential point-of-care applications in challenging environments.
