Perbandingan Metode EOQ, JIT, Kebijakan Perusahaan dalam Pengendalian Biaya Persediaan Bahan Baku pada Loske Coffeeshop

Based on studies already done, researchers concluded that the EOQ method and JIT method were proven to optimize the cost of controlling the supply of raw materials when applied to the loske coffeeshop. EOQ methods produced a supply charge of Rp 9.998.749, and the JIT method produced a supply cost of Rp 10.203.373, whereas using the company's policy method currently used produces a stock cost of Rp 14.404.302.
