PENGARUH KUNJUNGAN PASTORAL TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN ROHANI JEMAAT GKII YERUSALEM BAMBISIK

The spiritual development of the congregation is the responsibility of the pastor as church leader. In its efforts to realize this, the church cannot only focus on preaching services in worship services, but needs close relationships which can be carried out by making pastoral visits. The Pastor and elements at GKII Jerusalem Bambisi have carried out this service but there has never been any research that explains the magnitude of the influence on the congregation's spiritual growth and clear measurements of its achievements. Through a series of qualitative descriptive research using the 6 functions of pastoral visits according to Clinebell, results were found to confirm the truth of 100% and a high percentage of function fulfillment according to the recipient of the visit. The recommendation for GKII Jerusalem Bambisis is that there is a need to increase more personal attention in the PAR and Fellowship elements which tend to look at the congregation in general. ABSTRAKPerkembangan rohani jemaat merupakan tanggungjawab gembala sebagai pimpinan gereja. Dalam upaya perwujudannya, gereja tidak bisa hanya fokus pada pelayanan khotbah dalam ibadah-ibadah saja, melainkan perlu hubungan kedekatan yang dapat dilakukan dengan melakukan kunjungan pastoral. Gembala Sidang dan unsur-unsur di GKII Yerusalem Bambisik sudah melakukan pelayanan ini namun belum pernah ada penelitian yang menjelaskan besarnya pengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan rohani jemaat dan ukuran yang jelas terhadap pencapaiannya. Melalui rangkaian penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan 6 fungsi kunjungan pastoral menurut Clinebell, didapati hasil adanya konfirmasi kebenaran sebesar 100% dan persentase yang tinggi terhadap keterpenuhan fungsi menurut penerima kunjungan. Rekomendasi untuk GKII Yerusalem Bambisik adalah perlunya ditingkatkan perhatian yang lebih personal dalam unsur PAR dan Perkauan yang cenderung melihat jemaatnya secara umum.
