There was a statistically significant difference in the prevalence of malnutrition according to SGA with age groups, length of hospital stays, and stage of pressure ulcers (p < 0.05). Malnutrition is a common issue among patients with pressure ulcers, thus early detection of nutritional status is crucial for developing intervention plans, counseling, and individualized nutritional care for patients.
