Technology and application of gravity terrain corrections based on LiDAR data

At present, there are still several problems in the implementation of gravity terrain correction in petroleum exploration: first, the accuracy and resolution of terrain correction data in the middle and far areas are not enough; second, the measurement and calculation methods of near-area terrain correction are not precise enough; third, there are gaps in the connection between near-area terrain correction (0-20m) and mid-area terrain correction (20m-2km). In view of the problems existing in the traditional terrain correction, the improved high-resolution near-area terrain correction and the middle, far and ultra-far terrain correction schemes divided by the new belt are implemented by using high-precision LiDAR data in the KC area of the Kuqa mountain front belt, which greatly improves the effect of gravity terrain correction and lays a good foundation for the subsequent processing and interpretation of gravity data.
