Delayed bundle branch reentry ventricular tachycardia following transcatheter aortic valve replacement
New cardiac arrhythmias after transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR) surgery are not uncommon, with atrioventricular block (AVB) being the most prevalent type. However, a particular form of ventricular tachycardia, known as bundle branch reentry ventricular tachycardia (BBRVT), has gradually emerged as an unusual arrhythmia following TAVR. We present a case study of a delayed onset of BBRVT in a patient who initially manifested with left anterior fascicular block post-TAVR.
