RESPONSIBILITY IN THE SYSTEM OF LEADER ATTRIBUTATIVE TRAITS

The essence of the concept of the leader's responsibility is clarified and its place in the general hierarchical system of attribute traits and qualities of his personality is substantiated. The peculiarities of the significant increase in the importance of the leader's responsibility in the conditions of the innovative nature of social, scientific, technical and technological development are revealed. It is shown that responsibility is an important prerequisite for the ability of a leader to successfully fulfill his social mission.The results of the development, implementation and use of innovative pedagogical technologies for the identification of potential leaders in the student environment and their formation, instillation and development of responsibility directly in the educational process of a higher school are given. The need to instill in students an understanding of the importance of responsibility, awareness of the need for it, and constant self-development of their personal responsibility as specialists and leaders is highlighted.
