CIRCULATION REGULATION OF DIGITAL FINANCE AS AN INPORTANT COMPONENT OF ECONOMIC AND TECHNOLOGICAL SOVEREIGNITY OF RUSSIA

The importance of innovative financial instruments that help ensure the flow of necessary investments into all spheres of the economy is determined. Regulatory legal acts that establish the legal regime of digital finance are identified, as well as adopted legislative changes and additions that make it possible to state the prospects for their dynamic development. Special attention is paid to the prospects for the development of digital currencies of central banks. Statistical data, judicial practice, including those related to the circulation of digital currencies, are provided to substantiate the conclusions, and in the context of the study, factors that negatively affect the economic development of the Russian Federation are listed.
