THE BANK OF RUSSIA AS A PUBLIC FINANCIAL CONTROL AGENCY

The article considers the rules of the current legislation of the Russian Federation, containing the definition of the system of public authorities, the criteria for their separation into a separate group, as well as the illegality of the exclusion of the Bank of Russia from the composition of these subjects. The features of the implementation of functions by the Bank of Russia, the activities of which are aimed at the realization of public interest in the implementation of control and supervision over certain objects in the field of financial activities, which allows to attribute it to public financial control bodies, are analyzed.
