A TARGET LOAN AS A MEANS OF ENSURING ECONOMIC STABILITY OF ENTREPRENEURIAL ACTIVITY IN THE CONSTRUCTION SPHERE
The study draws attention to the development of one of the most fundamental branches of the economy — the construction industry, in which it is assumed that such methods of ensuring the economic security of construction entities as concessional lending, as well as a targeted loan, will be used. The authors consider it necessary to consider targeted loans issued by self-regulatory organizations not only as an anti-crisis measure, but also as a way to ensure contractual obligations of construction entities (entrepreneurs). It is proposed to expand the list of purposes for which loans can be provided by self-regulating organizations and correlate them with the main objectives of the activities of self-regulating organizations in general, as well as to exclude the time frame for the application of the institution of a targeted loan of self-regulating organizations.
