PERCEPÇÕES DA EQUIPE DO NÚCLEO DE ATENÇÃO DOMICILIAR DE UM HOSPITAL PÚBLICO DO DISTRITO FEDERAL SOBRE O ATENDIMENTO MULTIPROFISSIONAL ONCOLÓGICO.

Introduction: Cancer is a disease characterized by the disordered growth of cells, with a tendency to invade organs and tissues and cause metastases. Multidisciplinary teams that work in home care must bring together their skills to help the patient adapt to the life changes imposed by the disease, and promote the necessary reflection to face this condition. Objectives: to understand the multidisciplinary team's view of home oncology care provided by the Núcleo Regional de Atendimento Domiciliar (NRAD) of Taguatinga-DF. Methods: This is a crosssectional, descriptive study, using questionnaire analysis. The approach used was the interpretation of the reports that were analyzed, describing the team's view on multidisciplinary care in home oncology care. Results: A questionnaire with seven multiple-choice questions was administered and participants' responses were analyzed. Including questions that range from the team's facilitating role in transmitting the diagnosis and treatment of patients cared for at home, to the team's inter and multidisciplinary interaction. The main alternatives identified were: ‘’Very much’’ and ‘’Completely’’. Thus, it was possible to identify the participants' views on each interview question, corroborating the results with several authors on the proposed themes. Conclusion: It can be seen that understanding the vision of the multidisciplinary team in home care in cancer care contributed to describing how the team performs its actions with patients, their families and their caregivers, as well as how their professional interactions occur.
