Transcoronary Guidewire Ablation With Radiofrequency in a Porcine Animal Model
The authors describe the application of radiofrequency energy via coronary guidewires in a porcine animal model for selective occlusion of coronary side branches that mimics the established principle of transcoronary ablation of septal hypertrophy by occluding septal branches via alcohol injection.
