Design and implementation of 3D printed twin-propeller aeronautical model
Abstract Based on the application requirements of 3D printing technology in aviation models, a twin-propeller aviation model manufactured by 3D printing technology was designed and realized. The twin-propeller model was designed using 3D modeling software, and 3D printing technology was used for physical fabrication. The detailed design and structural optimization of the model ensures that it achieves the best performance in terms of aerodynamics, stability, and propulsion efficiency. Through the production and assembly of 3D-printed parts, a scaled-down physical prototype was successfully made, and flight tests were simulated in the field. The experimental flight results show that the model has good flight stability and efficient propulsion ability. In addition, the application of 3D printing technology has also significantly shortened the manufacturing cycle of the model and improved the accuracy and consistency of manufacturing. The great potential of advanced manufacturing technology in the field of aerospace models has been demonstrated. This method not only improves the performance and manufacturing efficiency of the model but also provides a new idea and technical path for the design and manufacture of future aerospace vehicles.
