Measurement method of vacuum degree in satellite in vacuum thermal test of spacecraft based on diaphragm gauge
Abstract The vacuum degree near some instruments and equipment on the monitor is required in the vacuum thermal test of the spacecraft. Only when the vacuum degree meets the requirements, the equipment can be started up. This paper studies the new requirements of the thermal test of the spacecraft, analyzes the reasons why the conventional diaphragm gauge cannot work in a vacuum thermal environment, and designs a new diaphragm gauge. After testing and calibration, it is proved that it can be applied to the measurement of the vacuum degree in the satellite, so as to ensure that the instruments and equipment on the spacecraft can start up normally during the vacuum thermal test and accept the assessment. It effectively guarantees the smooth progress of the thermal test of the spacecraft.
