Cover Feature: A Simply Synthesized Shaking‐induced Small Molecule System with Repeatable and Instantaneous Discoloration Response (Chem. Eur. J. 47/2024)
The instantaneous and repeatable force-related discoloration response (from yellowish to dark green) of a simply synthesized small-molecule solution system is attributed to the accelerated generation of an ortho-OH phenoxyl radical under shaking.
