Draft genome sequence and annotation of the polyextremotolerant polyol lipid-producing fungus Aureobasidium pullulans NRRL 62042
The genome of A. pullulans NRRL 62042 was sequenced using Illumina NovaSeq 6000. Genome assembly revealed a genome size of 24.2 Mb divided into 39 scaffolds with a GC content of 50.1%. Genome annotation using Genemark v4.68 and GenDBE yielded 9,596 genes.
