Influence law of different rotational speed ratios on vertical double drive rolling accuracy of large cone

Abstract In the international context of increasing tension over fossil energy, hydrogen energy has an important strategic position in the global energy structure due to its advantages of renewable, pollution-free, and high combustion efficiency. As a core component of heavy-duty chemical equipment such as hydrogen storage and hydrogen production, large cones are difficult to manufacture, and the molding accuracy is difficult to guarantee. This paper takes the vertical double-drive rolling process of large cones as the research object and reveals the influence law of different speed ratios on the axial precision error of large cones, suggesting that the axial tilt is minimized when the inner and outer speeds of the intermediate section are kept the same.
