Design and experimental study of copper bars for high voltage equipment boxes of rail trains
Abstract This article describes the theoretical design and selection of copper bars, simulation of electric field theory for different structural copper bars, and vibration anti loosening tests for different fasteners, providing theoretical and data support for the forward design of high-voltage copper bars, and providing certain guidance for subsequent projects. The design and selection of copper bars have been verified to meet the requirements through vibration tests and impulse withstand voltage tests.
