Legal Aspects of Crowdfunding in Sports

This article examines the problems of legal regulation of crowdfunding in the context of the sports industry and other sectors in certain CIS countries. It also assesses the practice of its application, scientific research, recent changes in the current laws, foreign law, and interstate law, and offers some suggestions.
