Research on Activity Scheduling of Flexible Manufacturing Cell Based on PDDL
When the traditional mathematical modeling method is used for Flexible Manufacturing Cell (FMC) activity scheduling, it has the limitation that it can only schedule the simple activity of a single object. This paper selects a specific FMC layout as the research object and first analyzes the activity sequence flow of single workpiece processing. Then, taking 2 workpieces of J1 and J2 as research cases, the problem of FMC activity scheduling is described as a PDDL model based on predicate, function, object, and activity by using PDDL, and the PDDL model is solved by using LGP-TD, and the scheduling scheme that is in line with the actual production activity sequence is obtained. Finally, this paper solves PDDL models for problems of different scales, and obtains reasonable scheduling schemes, thus verifying the feasibility of using PDDL to solve FMC activity scheduling problems, breaks through the limitation that the traditional mathematical modeling method can only schedule the simple activities of a single object, and provides a useful reference for the research of FMC control system.
