AN EMPIRICAL STUDY OF THE SEMANTIC CONTENT OF THE STRUCTURAL-LEVEL ORGANISATION OF A PERSON'S INNOVATIVE POTENTIAL IN THE TIME PERSPECTIVE

The paper provides a theoretical and empirical analysis of the studies on the innovation potential of a personality. The innovation potential of a personality is treated in the paper as a system with a built-in metasystem level, which is based on the hierarchical principle of organisation and forms an integral hierarchy of five structural levels. The paper presents the results of the factor and correlation analysis of a personality's innovation potential. The author provides an interpretation of the empirical research with the description of a correlogram demonstrating the links of subsystems and characteristics of the innovative potential of a personality.
