A Wax Interface‐Enabled One‐Pot Multiplexed Nucleic Acid Testing Platform for Rapid and Sensitive Detection of Viruses and Variants (Small Methods 8/2024)
Virus Detection In article number 2400030, Cheng, Xu, and co-workers propose a one-tube diagnostic method based on a wax interface, achieving a rapid and highly sensitive detection of viruses and their variants. The waterfall under sunlight symbolizes melted wax interface by heating and then DNA amplification products of RT-RPA drop. Concurrently, the boats represent the CRISPR/Cas12a, where the illuminated light indicates the emitting probe when successfully catching target DNA.
